Wooden joinery is completely environmentally friendly, as wooden frames do not pollute the environment at the end of their lifecycle. Wooden windows provide comfort and warmth and have been proven to offer the highest levels of thermal and sound insulation compared to all materials. Due to their good thermal characteristics, wooden windows are recommended for low-energy buildings.

The wooden joinery we offer is made from materials that are completely natural and certified by Munchinger from Germany. The guarantee of quality comes from the use of materials, fittings, and paints from renowned European manufacturers.

We offer four types of wood with thermal coefficients:

• Spruce: SYSTEM 78mm (Uf-0.99 W/m²K), SYSTEM 92mm (Uf-0.87 W/m²K)
• Meranti: SYSTEM 78mm (Uf-1.1 W/m²K), SYSTEM 92mm (Uf-0.95 W/m²K)
• Ash: SYSTEM 78mm (Uf-1.4 W/m²K), SYSTEM 92mm (Uf-1.3 W/m²K)
• Oak: SYSTEM 78mm (Uf-1.4 W/m²K), SYSTEM 92mm (Uf-1.3 W/m²K)

Laminated wood is glued wood that enhances the physical characteristics of the wood itself, highlighting its beauty and allowing for easier shaping. Laminated wood consists of individual wooden layers of different sizes, glued together in controlled industrial conditions using special adhesives.

We offer two systems of wooden joinery—WOOD SYSTEM 92 and WOOD SYSTEM 78—as well as two wood-aluminum combination systems—ALUMINUM SYSTEM 78 and ALUMINUM SYSTEM 92.

Wood System 92 This product features ActicPilot fittings with basic security + RC2 and a double sealing system on the sash. The color of the sealing rubber can be white, beige, brown, or black, and the profile color is according to the RAL chart.

Wood System 78 A wooden profile system for beauty and harmony in your home, office, or villa. Wood is an eco-friendly material. It is completely natural and therefore the only possible solution for houses built from natural materials—a factor that is extremely important for public health. This product has basic security + RC2, ActivPilot fittings, and a double sealing system on the sash.

Aluminum System

Wood-aluminum windows are recommended for extreme operating conditions because the aluminum frame on the outside provides additional protection for the wooden part of the window. This practically ensures multi-decade protection, functionality, and flawless appearance of the windows without the need for repainting.

Windows and doors are made from laminated wood (spruce, meranti, oak, ash) 78 mm and 92 mm, covered on the outside with aluminum profiles, creating a unique wood-aluminum window system. The wooden part of these windows is made in the same systems and with the same characteristics as the wooden windows, only the design is different. Frame and sash are made of laminated wood. The wood used for the lamination is artificially dried and conditioned to a relative humidity of 8-12%. This production method stabilizes the wood and prevents deformations.

The profiles feature a double sealing system on the sash and an effective system for draining any water from the windows. Triple-glazed insulating glass is installed, achieving thermal insulation: SYSTEM 78mm Uw = 1.2 – 0.8W/m²K, SYSTEM 92mm Uw = 1.1 – 0.75W/m²K.

The aluminum part is made from durable alloys and is powder-coated in colors according to the RAL chart or in colors that imitate the color and texture of wood. The aluminum part is firmly but flexibly bonded to the wood. A PVC connector separates the aluminum from the wooden part, so there is no contact between these two materials with different thermal expansion properties. This connection avoids stress on the wooden part of the window during the expansion and contraction of the aluminum. The aluminum system ensures drainage of any water from the window, preventing water from reaching the wooden part.
